The Hyde Apartments
The Hyde is a 35 storey residential tower facing Hyde Park, Sydney, including 135 apartments, pool and gym facilities, ground floor retail outlets and café plus 7.5 levels of basement car parking. One of the key design features is the buildings’ modulating, laminated design strip, which creates an interesting vertical urban ‘feel’ for an inner-city apartment building.

The simple & smart solution
Safety, comfort and aesthetics were key to the sealing solutions at The Hyde.
Seals were primarily installed to apartment entry doors, providing amenity against sound, smoke and draughts. The IS1212 batwing seal, in conjunction with the IS8010si automatic door bottom seal, provided an effective, ‘hidden’ sealing solution.
