Soul Surfers Paradise
Soul is a 243 m (797 ft) residential tower located on the corner of Cavill Avenue and The Esplanade in Surfers Paradise, Queensland. The building design includes 288 apartments on 77 floors and 5,700 m² of retail space. Built by Grocon Constructions, Soul is now the second tallest building on the Gold Coast, behind the Q1.
